Poor Alibaba

Transaction fees not refunded I recently encountered several issues with my orders on Alibaba.com, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing.

Firstly, I had issues with two of my orders (order numbers 204563062501022443 and 204562838501022443), and despite reaching out to customer service for assistance, the resolution process was slow and ineffective. The communication was lacking, and I felt like my concerns were not being adequately addressed.

Additionally, I encountered difficulties with the refund process for a canceled order. Despite canceling the order promptly and not receiving the product, I faced challenges in obtaining a full refund, including the service fee. This lack of transparency and adherence to refund policies was frustrating and unacceptable.

Overall, my experience with Alibaba.com left much to be desired. The customer service was lacking, the resolution process was slow, and the refund policies were not properly implemented. As a result, I am hesitant to continue using Alibaba.com for future purchases and would caution others to be aware of these issues

Shocking company

Shocking company. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I purchased an item through alibaba. It should have taken around 1 month to arrive. 2.5 months later and I still have not recieved it. No problem these things happen. I stared a dispute with alibaba and they have been horrendous. They go against their own terms and conditions. They won’t refund you. Instead take days to reply to you. And then tell you to wait a few days. Contact them again and they take a few more days. To tell you to wait again. This process never ends. And they won’t refund you for missing items dispute what their terms and conditions state. Trade assurance is pointless as they don’t honour it. Avoid this shambolic company and go with a different one.

Alibaba have 60 days return policy and money back guarantee . I bought from them two android cellphones , and then I contact them that they do not work as they advertise , they send massage that these are cell with small memory 4Gb (my cell have 4Gb and is fast) and that's the reason they are slow , and maybe I downloaded to many aps (1 Game). Then I let them know that I want to return them and get money back , my account on their web do not show any record of my purchase . There is no way to contact them now from my account on their web .

Ali baba is not good for UK buyers alot of scammers the sellers agree to send you goods you pay the taxes and customs to the seller then they dont deliver good because they really haven't paid customs and duty, they call you liars as a customer they dont help you after taking your money they are so rude and can even block you ali baba has no powers of their sellers so if they block you thats it you can't get your goods or money back avoid this crap of ali baba s!h!t not worth the hassle, only way to get your momey back is if you rang your bank we file a dispute with your bank against ali baba. Its worked for me in the past. Customer support on ali baba is focused om seller support you as a customer get treated like crap.

Alibaba.com is not a trusted and unprofessional platform. A lot of scam supplier, they will sent you a wrong product or the shipping fee is really high for the low quality goods. I have experienced from the Company Guangzhou Maigi industrial Corporation limited, name of the supplier Wendell is unprofessional one i’ve ever experienced. „He told me I must to pay for their Exports license“ the machine doesn’t match on the picture shown, without CE exports license but alibaba allowed those scammers and they will never help you for any problems from supplier. Never again from Alibaba.com.

Never shipped my desk! Protecting scam sellers! Bought Alibaba.com insurance and after sending all documents and conversations with seller support still didn’t wont to pay me back!!! I have never ever in my life experience such a scam. At the end I contacted my bank and send them all documents and they were able to dispute my payments…

Horrible website

Horrible website. If you shall ever have the misfortune to buy goods of low quality, then you can be sure that noone on Alibaba will help you, in fact they protect their own and scam customers. A return rate of 20% on Amazon due to faulty items apparently wasn't enough proof for them that there is anything wrong with the item. It's "your risk as a seller" they say. No, it's not my entrepreneurial risk to buy goods of low quality. That's just insane.

She's always lie to me as she said conversation it was send via train 🚆 transportation and is almost in Europe . And she's not honest she's telling me sub story all times. £7000 order never arrived and I haven't had a refund

Does anyone have a UK contact number for complaints? I ordered faux fur dog beds to be made in China, I paid my money and UK customs confiscated my order because the seller hadn't filled the import forms in. I haven't received my order or a refund. Alibaba are not helping at all. I have since ordered my beds to be made in the UK. Snugbums

Absolute con merchants

Absolute con merchants! I should have known better. Steer well clear. Their customer service is no help at all. Only half of my goods arrived. When I disputed this, I was told that I’d refused delivery! What for half the goods, I’d paid for? That’s ridiculous. Alibaba.com still saw in the sellers favour, so I’ve paid double the advertised price and full shipping costs.
