Laptop ribbon cable clip

So, I was careless when I was trying to disassembly my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 laptop and I accidentally broke the clip on the motherboard that holds the SATA ribbon cable (pic related). Is it possible for me to come up with an ad hoc fix? Do I need to replace the motherboard or can I just tape the cable there with a piece of plastic underneath the cable, or would that mess up the entire motherboard?

The attached picture shows two sockets, the socket above has an intact clips (USB to MB socket) and the socket below is the broken socket (SATA to MB)
