Autocad cant repeat top of row in table năm 2024

Use this feature if you would like a title row (or rows) to print at the top of every page of your data in Excel.

Note: If you want column headings to remain at the top of your sheet when scrolling within a spreadsheet, you will need to freeze the top row.

1. Click the [Page Layout] tab > In the "Page Setup" group, click [Print Titles].
2. Under the [Sheet] tab, in the "Rows to repeat at top" field, click the spreadsheet icon.
3. Click and select the row you wish to appear at the top of every page.
4. Press the [Enter] key, then click [OK].
5. Select File > Print > "Show Print Preview" to see what the printed spreadsheet will look like.

Note: If the [Print Titles] button is locked (greyed out), it may be because you are currently editing a cell or you have chart selected. If the "Rows to repeat at top" spreadsheet icon is locked, it may be because you have more than one worksheet selected within your workbook. To unlock either button, you can also try clicking [File] > "Print" > "Page Setup."

How is the row height calculated when inserting tables? In the other CAD I never had problems in defining a table style and inserting a table. With BCAD I can't insert a good table with small values (like to be placed in a drawing with unit meters). Help doesn't help at all. I attach a drawing with the table style and 2 tables, one coming from the other cad and the other from BCAD.

I always create my tables using Microsoft Excel. I then usually just copy the cell range in excel I want to show in autocad, copy, and then "paste special" in autocad as an excel spreadsheet.

Then when i send my drawings out to the customer I etransmit all the files to a zip folder including the original excel document with all the information in case they don't have autocad but want to change the content of the table, itself.

The only problem with doing it this way is that after you insert the excel spreadsheet you can't edit it. If you double click on the inserted excel spreadsheet in autocad, it will create a NEW excel document that you would need to edit anyway and then reinsert with autocad. Hence, you can only change the table by editing it in excel and then re-inserting it. Autocad doesn't really treat attached excel spreadsheets like XREF's. Where you can edit the original file and it will be changed in the drawing. This is the only down side.

But it does save a little bit of hastle. I just find excel much easier to use than autocad when it comes to doing tables for things like as-built electrical circuit layouts. You just have to be sure that the excel document is correct before you insert it.

I have an issue with the "repeat top labels" part of a table in AutoCAD. I can't get the top labels to repeat when I shorten the table to create two tables side by side.

As always, any help is appreciated.

I have attached the basic non-frilled files. The excel file and the autocad(software version 2012...dwg version 2007).

Ok, so I created a table from the "Insert table" dialogue box. When I use "From a Data Link" I lose the options for the "Set cell styles". When I "Start from empty table" I can "repeat the top labels".

How does one use the "From a Data Link" and still have the "repeat the top labels" available?

Never messed with that option and I don't have access to autocad at the moment, if I can I will look tonight when I get to my (other) office.

Why is the repeat header row not working?

The main reason why the repeat header row in Word not working is that the table is set with Text Wrapping. Therefore, when this happens, you should first check whether Text Wrapping has been set for the table so as to solve the problem as soon as possible.

How do you repeat top labels in Autocad table?

With Table Breaks enabled, simply change the Repeat top labels property to Yes. Now you can add and remove rows or adjust the column length with the assurance that the table labels will remain unchanged!
