How to see when you first listened to an artist on Apple Music

If you're listening to a playlist curated by someone else, you might want to go back and see what a previous song was called or who the artist was. Luckily, it's very easy to see your Apple Music history. Here is how to view your Apple Music History on your iPhone and on your Mac.

How to See Your Apple Music History on Your iPhone

Viewing your history in Apple Music is easy to do once you know how, but it isn't necessarily the most intuitive process. If you want to learn more about how to get the most out of your Apple Music app, check out our Tip of the Day.

1. Open your Apple Music app.
   
   
2. Tap on the Now Playing bar.
   
   
3. Tap the Up Next icon.
   
   
4. You'll see a list of tracks coming up. Swipe down on your screen.
   
   
5. You can now see all your recently played songs in Apple Music. Tap a song to play it again.

1. Open your Apple Music app.
   
   
2. Click the Radio tab.
   
   
3. Click on a station to start playing it.
   
   
4. Click the Up Next icon.
   
   
5. Your history will appear on the right side of your screen.
