Whether you have created a series of videos for a meeting or a list of songs for your upcoming office get-together, take advantage of the iTunes Export tool to copy the playlist into iTunes from your iPhone. Once a playlist has been copied into iTunes, it appears in the Playlist menu. In order for the playlist to play properly on your businesss computer, all of the songs on the playlist must exist in your iTunes library.

Connect your iPhone to your computer using the provided dock connection cable. Launch the iTunes application on your computer if it does not launch automatically.

Right-click the name of the playlist you want to copy from your iPhone and click "Export." Playlists are listed beneath the name of your iPhone under the Devices heading in iTunes.

Enter a name for your playlist in the Save As field.

Select a save location from the Where drop-down menu.

Click XML on the Format drop-down menu.

Click the Save button to export your playlist as an XML file.

Click File on the main iTunes menu, hover your mouse over Library and click Import Playlist.

Navigate to the location where you saved the XML file exported from your iPhone. Double-click the file to copy your playlist into iTunes.
