There's probably no liquidity in the pools and you would take it all if you were to swap.
Buy it on binance or check the liquidity of the pools before wasting your money.

I switched to version 1 and now my cryptos wont appear in my list. Even if I add the address, nothing shows up. If I use V2, they show up in the list but price impact too high

If these are tokens you added via Contract Address before the new version came out, you need to add them again via Contract Address.
The old url was exchange.pan.... and now the new v2 version is exchange.pan, while the v1 address is v1exchange.pan.... so your tokens are not added there.

Hi, sorry I have a question about high price impact. The value of my coin went 75x. Ive checked the potential swap to bnb, with price impact 99% pancake is offering means i would loose all that value gains. I cannot get it. If I cannot swap with a reasonable offer [pancake rate is at the scale of billion coin/bnb thus the reason for 99% impact], I am just left sitting on big paper gains with no possibility to realise it. Whats your thoughts on it? Thanks a lot

Exact same thing happened to me with a coin a while ago. From my understanding of it a high price impact means there's no Liquidity to pay the money out to you. So any decent coin will have Liquidity equal to or higher than the market cap.
Don't worry, just see what you can learn next time to avoid it happening again :]

I have this same issue.
In my case, I created a liquidity pool for the coins and try to swap for a test.
The price is not right and my pool its not with the right values. I deposited 100/17 of of the pair CBRL/DAI and there is just 2.7/1.3 available

Thanks for your reply. Btw, ive found the solution to it: to reduce impact move to v1 version on pancake [buttons below if the screen]. The impact now is 7% which is not bad [my further calc shows that impact is tied to fees transactions]. I decided not to sell though, as no option to sell partially: I can sell all [by press max], i cannot input some amount- just max to sell or none.
