I usually turn the phone off for 5 minutes and turn it back on and it should start preparing again. nothing is guaranteed but that worked for me1Reply

Your WiFi is weak. Its likely disconnected but not updated there UI icon. iOS and iPhones are notoriously lying to us like this.
When you have a strong WiFi signal itll work just fine-3Reply
